Modern life often pulls our attention towards convenience, speed, distraction, and endless stimulation.

Analog is a week-long micro-game about intentionally choosing older, more embodied experiences over more modern alternatives. It's an invitation to slow down, reconnect with everyday moments, and notice what changes.

The goal is not to reject modern life but to become more aware of its influence on our time, attention, and energy.

1.  Print, fold, and cut the zine to create a pocket-sized companion.

2.  Throughout the week, earn points by intentionally choosing activities people experienced throughout different eras of human history.

3.  Record your choices using the Analog Log.

4.  At the end of the week, total your score and reflect on the experience.
